We are beyond excited and proud of our players and coaches as we head into Week 4 of the playoffs for the Semi-State Championship game this Friday at Venice High School 1 Indian Ave Venice, FL 34285 at 7:30 pm. Or they will be selling tickets at the gate for $10 CASH ONLY

In preparation for the game this week we are going to need your financial help. Friday morning the players will be feed breakfast at school from Davids. We have a partial donation from FCA of $500 . The meal will cost a total of $700. We also will be creating snack bags for the players to take on the bus and need funds to fill the bags with healthy food, snacks and drinks. The players will leave school at 12:30 and stop at Golden Corral in Brandon for their pregame meal. That will cost us around $950 and finally the McGriffs will once again be generously donating our post game subs for the players.

Today is giving Tuesday and I can’t think of a better way to help out! We are humbly asking for your help to support our players on this journey towards the State Championship game. Congratulations to our players and coaches as they head into the 3rd round of playoffs after our big win last night against Crestview! As our tradition continues we have a Thanksgiving Breakfast for the team on Thanksgiving morning. Coach Whittemore would like to eat at 9 am so I am asking all food to be there by 8:30 am. The boys will then do their final practice and walk through before Friday nights game as we take on Bartram Trail! I will send more information about this week’s game in the next few days.

Good Evening Bobcats!

What a game we had last Friday night! Congratulations to the coaches and players for an exciting win and advancing in the playoffs. This week we will host Crestview at home. The game will be Friday night at 7pm back at Citizens. Unfortunately the wrestling team has a showcase on the same night so we won’t be able to have concessions. I am working on getting a food truck there for the game.

As stated previously, as we move through the playoffs we will need sponsors or restaurant donations for our pregame. i believe we have this week covered but if you know of someone for upcoming weeks please let me know.
