Tomorrow starts the official first day of school and the schedule for practice and games for the month of August has been added to the calendar. Both JV and Varsity will practice directly after school. Varsity practice will end at 5:30 and JV practice will end at 6:15. If coaches make adjustments to the schedule, they will notify the players.

Hi Parents

We had to reschedule the pictures for Monday, August 8th, instead of tomorrow. The gym will not be available on Friday so the new time is Monday at 11:00am. Please have all players at Buchholz no later than 10:30am so they can get their uniform on and be ready for pictures at 11:00am.

Also, this Tuesday evening after practice we will be grilling hotdogs and hamburgers for the players to celebrate the end of team camp. If you are able to help out Tuesday night cooking and prepping food for the players please email me at carissafloridahomes@gmail.com. Also, I need to get our grill from Citizen’s Field before. So if you have a truck and can help transport to Buchholz either Monday or Tuesday before 3pm please let me know.

Finally, we are still collecting monies for Summer workouts and Fairshare. If you have not yet paid you can do it online at https://www.flipcause.com/secure/cause_pdetails/ODcyMjU=#! or send in your check/cash with your player.

Good Evening Parents,

First and foremost, I had to manually input all parents email addresses from previous seasons as we had a problem/glitch with parents not receiving the email updates. I tried to remove emails of parents that no longer have a player on the team but I’m sure a few slipped through so if you are receiving this and no longer wish to then please unsubscribe.

Now onto all the updates. Monday, August 1st is the official start of camp. Please see calendar for Varsity times as each day is different. JV will practice Monday through Thursday from 6pm-8pm down on the backfield by the baseball field. They will continue that schedule until Tuesday of the following week. After that all practices for both Varsity and JV will be right after school. I will update calendar once I confirm what time practice will end during school.

We still have quite a few players that have not paid their summer workout and or fairshare fees. If you have not yet paid, please do so as soon as possible by either sending the money/check in with your son or online at the following link: https://www.flipcause.com/secure/cause_pdetails/ODcyMjU=#! The coaches will inform your player if they have not yet paid.

Friday, August 5th we will be having our team and individual football pictures at 10am and it should take a few hours. Please have your player at school by 9:30 so they can get their uniform and be ready to take their pictures.

Saturday, August 6th the Varsity team will be having a scrimmage starting at 8:30am if you would like to attend. This is for Varsity only

Finally, I will be sending out the Sign Up Genius for our volunteering needs for the season in the next few days. Can’t wait to see our boys back on the field!

Hi Parents,

The summer workout schedule is posted on the calendar. Summer workouts begin Monday, June 6th. Varsity and current JV players will workout from 7:45am-10:45am Monday through Thursday, no Friday workouts. The incoming Freshman will workout Monday and Wednesday from 9:00am-10:45am and Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm-7:30pm, no Friday workouts.

Tomorrow is our annual Spring Game against Vanguard at 7pm at Citizen’s Field. We are in desperate need for pregame, concessions set up, chain crew and clean up. Also, we are still collecting Riddell helmets donations. If the padding inside the helmet is grey, it is a youth helmet and unfortunately we can not use those in high school. If you do have one, please bring it to the game on Thursday night and I will collect them.
