Good Evening Parents,

Thanks for all that joined us for our Varsity scrimmage game. We have the website set up now for the first few JV games and also the link for the Varsity vs. Trinity Christian game. Please remember that we are limiting the original purchase of tickets to 4 tickets per player. If once everyone has made their purchases there are more tickets available then it will be opened up for additional purchases. We have been given a jump on purchasing the tickets before the rest of the school so please purchase them before Tuesday to guarantee you receive your minimum of 4.

Currently only the JV games and Volleyball games are listed so please be careful when purchasing to make sure you are buying tickets for the correct team and game.

The Varsity games will be sent each Sunday night before the game for purchase.

Hi Parents,

Coach Whitt asked me to send an additional message about tomorrows scrimmage game. He is asking that only families of the Varsity players attend the game. We unfortunately do not have enough space available for JV players and families, girlfriends, friends, etc to properly socially distance. Thank you for your understanding during this ever changing time.

Players will need to arrive at 8 am and the scrimmage will begin at 8:30 am

Hi Parents,

Tomorrow morning from 8:30-10:30 the Varsity team will be having a practice scrimmage that family can attend. Please understand that we will have to check temperatures of everyone coming in, we will need to socially distance and remain in stands, and wear face masks. Coach Whittemore has asked that no parent come on to the field. He also asked that after the scrimmage is over to please leave the field so we can feed the boys a lunch.

For anyone available to help out we need 1 to 2 parents to help take temperatures and 2 more parents to help with chain crew. Please message me if you are able to help.

Hi Parents,

You may have received emails today in regards to the three games I posted on the calendar. I did not realize it sent an email requesting an RSVP. You can ignore those emails. The regular season games will be made available each week before the game and I believe the tickets can be purchased through a website they are currently setting up.

There are still many SENIOR families that have not given me their count for Senior Night. Please email me no later than tomorrow to secure your tickets for Senior Night. Thank you to all of the parents that came out to our meeting on Tuesday night. A recap of what Coach Whittemore talked about:

First and foremost, this season is going to be challenging and may change week to week. So please be patient and understanding as we all navigate through these new times. Ironically things have already changed and now we will be playing Trinity Christian instead of Bolles. We will still play on Sept 4th but it will only be the Varsity team and select travel team from the JV team. Coach Whittemore will inform your player if he will be traveling to the game.

Another important change is that we will not have buses transporting the players and are asking parents to bring their son to the field. If you are able to transport additional players please go to the front office and register. Please bring your license, registration and insurance card copied on a piece of paper and get registered to allow you to drive. If you are only driving your son then you will not need to do this. There will not be pre game meal as we are trying to limit close contact and each player will eat at home before the game.

Each Friday night at Citizens there will be 1000 tickets available for sale. They are currently trying to set up a website to purchase tickets in advance. Each player will have 4 available tickets each week. There may be additional tickets available if every player does not use his allotted 4 tickets and those will be put up for sale before the game.

Because of the uncertainty of the season, we want to have our “Senior Night” the first game of the season which will be Sept 11th against Oakleaf. For this game , the ticket sales will be a little different so that we can allow more senior family members into the game. I need each senior family to email me with your sons name and the number of tickets you will be needing to purchase to my email carissafloridahomes@gmail.com no later than Monday, August 24th, 2020. Also, if your senior son has not emailed or texted (352) 359-7014 me the picture they want for their banner please have them do that immediately as they have to be ordered no later than tomorrow. I still have 10 players that have not sent me their picture.

I will be sending a separate email with links to our spirit store and our masks, as parents were asking for them as well.
