Hi Bobcats!

Congratulations to our amazing Varsity team for traveling over 5 hours to take down undefeated Navarre last Friday night! Now we advance to the 3rd round of the playoffs! We are all so proud of you! This week the players will be practicing every day including Thanksgiving morning. They should know times through their HUDL accounts. Speaking of Thanksgiving morning we will be having a breakfast for the players before their morning practice at 8:30am. We have parents that have volunteered to make all kinds of breakfast goodies for the boys. If you would like to join in by cooking and/or helping out serving, please let me know.

Also, each week we are having the hardest time getting volunteers for Chain Crew. We must have a crew for each home game and Coach Whitt asks that it only be parents, no children/JV players. Good Evening Bobcats

Hopefully players are resting up for the game tomorrow night! I’m sure everyone is excited for the trip to Navarre. We were informed that GoFan has the game time as 7:30 EST when in fact it is actually 7:30 CST. Coach Whittemore confirmed it with Navarre’s head coach.

Please make sure your player has a good breakfast/lunch. They will have snack bags and also stopping for pregame but want to make sure they start the day off right!

Another reminder, if your player is planning on staying in the panhandle and not coming back on the bus we need to know before we leave Buchholz tomorrow. Please email me at carissafloridahomes@gmail.com

Good evening Parents

Many parents have asked to allow their player to stay overnight with them in the panhandle Friday night. Coach Whittemore said he is fine with players staying with their parents and not returning home on the bus with the team. If your son will not be taking the bus back on Friday night we need to be notified before Friday. Please email me so I can provide the coaches with a list. If you or your player does not notify us before Friday they will not be able to stay and must come back with the team.

We are getting excited for the boys to continue their run in the playoffs. Thank you to The Hevesy’s for making goodie bags for players and coaches. If anyone would like to add anything to the bags please let us know and I can pick it up.

Also, the school received 500 tickets designated to Buchholz but Wednesday the tickets will open back up to general public. Be sure to order today if you are planning to go on Friday!
